SVAL Air is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Our registered company details and data controller contact will be published here shortly.
What we collect
Contact details you submit through forms or email (name, company, email, message). Basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected through server logs and any analytics tools listed in our Cookie Policy.
Why we process it
To respond to enquiries, fulfil B2B requests, send requested information, and improve the website. Legal bases under GDPR art. 6: consent, legitimate interest, and contract performance.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months after the last contact. Server logs are retained for up to 90 days. Specific retention periods are documented in our internal records of processing.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and object to processing. Contact SVAL at mb@svalair.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
Sharing and transfers
SVAL shares data only with sub-processors needed to operate the website and respond to enquiries — see our Data Processing page. Any transfers outside the EU/EEA rely on Standard Contractual Clauses.
Certain company-specific details (organisation number, registered address, DPO contact, and the full sub-processor list) will be added by SVAL shortly.
