Roles
SVAL Air acts as a data controller for visitor and enquiry data on this website. For B2B customers using SVAL services where SVAL handles personal data on the customer's behalf, SVAL acts as data processor under a Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
Sub-processors
SVAL uses vetted sub-processors for hosting, email delivery, and analytics. A current sub-processor list will be published here shortly and is available on request. Each sub-processor is bound by appropriate data protection terms.
International transfers
Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, transfers are protected by EU Standard Contractual Clauses and, where relevant, supplementary technical measures.
Security
Encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, least-privilege principles, and routine review of sub-processor security posture.
